TriStar Homes is a local home builder that was founded by Dan and Patti Mundt. Dan and Patti have been building homes in the north metro Twin City area since 1996. As the one of the owners of TriStar Homes, Dan Mundt brings over 25 years of Engineering and design knowledge to the custom homebuilding industry. Dan takes great pride in his “hands on” approach at each job site by working closely with all of his subcontractors. To reassure our customers that the details of their home meet his high standards of quality, he is personally involved the building process daily.

Being a small custom home builder allows Dan and Patti time to meet with each customer personally to coordinate the design and detail of their home. From start to finish, they are dedicated to making the home building process an enjoyable one.

TriStar Homes builds approximately 10-20 homes yearly, providing their homeowners more personal attention. TriStar Homes maxim is “Building with Quality” which is a heart felt message that is incorporated into all aspects of TriStar Homes custom building process. Our goal is to build a well-constructed home with quality materials for our customers using experienced, licensed Sub-Contractors and to provide good value and quality service to every homeowner.
