Jeff helped us to buy our first home and was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I both felt very comfortable with him right away and really appreciated his genuine desire to help us to find some place that would suit out needs. He showed us many, many, many houses that we requested to see and pointed out some of the positives as well as some potential concerns with the homes we looked at. One home we were considering at one point, Jeff cautioned us on regarding one issue with that home.
The next day we told him we had prayed about it and didn't feel right about the decision, and he very honestly said he was relieved to hear it, helping us to see he was concerned for our long-term happiness. Jeff never tried to push us towards certain houses and let us take much of the initiative while providing us with information on various avenues for looking for homes.
In addition, Jeff has numerous contacts with other people of integrity who are also crucial for the home buying process, including mortgages specialists and a home inspector. The DeRosas
We met Jeff at an open house one Sunday in a new development by chance. He was "filling in" and we were "just looking". We walked through a couple of models and, after spending about an hour with him, we knew Jeff was the person we were going to work with to help us build our new home.
When we sat down to figure out what we were looking for in a home, Jeff's experience immediately showed. He asked the right questions that helped us prioritize those things that are important and those that would be "nice". At the end of our meeting we knew what we were going to build and that Jeff's knowledge of the building process was going to be invaluable. After a few changes (a couple Jeff pointed out) we were ready to build.
We also choose Jeff to sell our existing home in market that was swinging back to a buyers market. When we walked through our home with Jeff, his experience and knowledge of the market showed. He pointed things out that might help and those that might not while his suggestions saved us time and money. When we listed (which was much later than the builder wanted), we had 20 showings and 2 offers in 10 days, both for our asking price.
There is no other realtor that we would work with other than Jeff. His professionalism, integrity, knowledge of the market, attention to detail and genuine desire to work for your best interest are matched by no other. We met Jeff at an open house. We were interested in the property, but we didn't have our house on the market yet. Jeff listed our house and it sold in 6 days!!! That was great because the builder had multiple contingent offers on the property.

The Benkufskys
We had talked about moving but hadn't really done much about it. I was searching online one day and came across this perfect house in Monticello in our price range. We scheduled a showing and there was Jeff at our future house. We talked a bit and decided that if he could help us buy this perfect house, he could probably sell ours too and he did...in 2 days!
We had some glitches, or as Jeff always put it, "I think we may have hit a bump in the road".....the people who purchased our house wanted to be in 3 weeks before we closed on the one we were buying. I was 8 months pregnant and we had a 2 1/2 year old with 2 dogs!
Whew! Long story short, we made it hrough...moved into our house one weekend and 2 weeks later came home with a new baby! Through it all Jeff followed up every phone call, (and there were alot!) every appointment, and he was professional and courteous each and every time. He is and will remain very much recommended from us! Thank you again!

The Nugents
Our experience with Jeff Frederiksen was one that we would recommend to our family and friends. At the time that we met Jeff, we were newly engaged to be married and ready to own a home together. Jason had built a home a couple of years beforehand, but Stacy had never experienced the home building process or the adventure in selling a house. We were introduced to Jeff after requesting a showing at a house in Andover.
We didn't end up buying that particular house however we did end up forming both a business relationship and friendship with Jeff. Jeff took the time to help us sell our home and prepare us to buy another. In regards to Jason's current home, Jeff gave us advice on the necessary steps that it would take to make the home marketable: home improvements, personal touches, marketing materials, and he researched the market in our specific neighborhood in order to price our home to sell for the greatest profit. We ended up selling our home for our asking price in seventeen days while other houses in the neighborhood remained on the market.
In regards to our new home, we were not sure if we would purchase an existing home or build a new one. In order to help us make the right decision, Jeff made sure that he knew what we were looking for (even when we didn't!) He researched different neighborhoods and eagerly arranged multiple days of touring homes. While we were touring various houses, Jeff made the extra effort to point out unique features and upgrades so that we could confidently decide what features were important, and which were not. When we ended up deciding to build our new home, we were well prepared to make the many, many decisions necessary when signing a purchase agreement. He was even there to make impartial decisions when our priorities were not necessarily on the same page!
Since this process, we have to come to appreciate Jeff's expertise even more as we witness friends and family members who did not have the same experience with their realtors. Jeff is definitely a professional and we recommend him whole-heartedly.
